Hako Machines Awarded CILT Status

At Hako Machines Ltd we offer various operator training programmes and wanted to make our training more advanced and recognised so we have partnered with CILT to get our already fantastic programme endorsed to become a CILT recognised certification.

At Hako we offer extensive operator training that ensures minimum machine running costs, downtime and safe operation between service visits. Operator training also includes health & safety guidance, operator hazards, important clean down procedures and also advice on avoidance of cleaning dangerous materials.

Adam Bennett our Technical Support and Health and Safety Manager says; ‘The CILT endorsement has given us the opportunity to offer a more formal and structured training programme that is now recognised by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. Our training programme has been adapted to be thorough and provides each operative with bespoke learning modules depending on their machine type, at the end of the modules there is an assessment which each operative has to pass to be awarded with the CILT certification. We are thrilled to have this status and any training that is provided is done to a high standard ensuring the operator knows the machine inside and out.’
