When submitting a ticket, please highlight the below information.
- The machine serial number/registration.
- A description of the issue.
- Details of any codes shown on the machine display.
- Any photographs that help illustrate the issue will speed up the triage process.
- A contact name and phone number for someone who has access to the machine.

A member of our Technical Triage Team will call the contact you have provided to run through a few quick and easy steps to assess the issue. If an Engineer is required, our Customer Support Team will schedule an on-site assessment by one of our fully trained Engineering team, keeping you updated every step of the way. Once the issue has been resolved, you will receive a signed digital copy of our Engineer Report for your records.
