Hako’s FastFill filling system is ideal for applications that require large volumes of water or for tasks where time for re-filling is limited. Available with either a 150 or 300-litre tank, it is designed for easy handling and efficient operation.

Rapid filling: The FastFill system fills the tank at an impressive rate of 120 litres per minute, minimising downtime and keeping operations running smoothly.
Accurate dosing: The integrated dosing unit ensures the correct mixing ratio of cleaning detergents, optimising cleaning performance and preventing overdosing or wastage.

Hako’s on-board dosing system features a variable-speed pump that adjusts the amount of cleaning detergent based on the water supplied to the system. The detergent concentration is infinitely adjustable and remains constant, ensuring optimal cleaning performance.

Hako’s automatic, wall-mounted dosing system operates based on the Venturi principle: When the water tap is opened, cleaning chemicals are drawn into the water through a separate hose via negative pressure.

Precise chemical dosing: The amount of cleaning chemicals added is regulated by a measuring pin, ensuring accurate and consistent mixing.
Safe and compliant: The system is DVGW-compliant and includes a non-return valve to prevent contaminated water from flowing back into the mains water supply, ensuring both safety and reliability.

Hako’s automatic filling system makes refilling scrubber driers more efficient. The hose is connected to the machine via a plug coupling, and when the solution tank reaches full capacity, a float switch automatically stops the water supply.
